	In addition to the previous mentioned Premier Hospitals, the Group has also completed the initial design stage of the Boubyan United Hospital (BUH). BUH will provide services under the “Compulsory Medical Insurance” being a Budget Hospital concept for Middle and Lower income groups.

Cost of project:

Phase 1 : KD 19 million
Phase 2 & 3 : KD 17 million
Type of Project : BOT contract
Bed Capacity : 200 to be later increased to 400 Support Services Infrastructure designed to serve 500-600 bed hospital.
Project Area : 50,000 M2.
